2. What Data We Collect
We process the following structural data arrays to fulfill our contractual commitments:
- Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, billing and delivery address.
- Order data: products purchased, order value, order history.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Trade/HORECA account data: business name, tax number, professional licence documentation submitted for wholesale account approval.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
3. Why We Process Your Data and Legal Basis (Article 6 GDPR)
- To process and deliver your order and manage your account — performance of a contract.
- To comply with tax, accounting and customs obligations — legal obligation.
- To send you marketing communications — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To operate analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) — your consent, given via our cookie banner.
- To prevent fraud and verify the minimum legal drinking age — legitimate interest / legal obligation.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
- Stripe (payment processing).
- Delivery/logistics partners, for order fulfilment.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Meta Pixel), only after you consent via the cookie banner.
- Tax and customs authorities, where legally required.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International Transfers
Some of the providers above (e.g. Google, Meta, Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Articles 44-49 GDPR) to protect your data.

We use essential cookies to operate the Site, and — only with your prior consent, given through our cookie banner — analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising/measurement cookies (Meta Pixel). You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

We retain order and invoicing data for the period required by Portuguese tax law (currently 10 years for accounting records), and account/marketing data for as long as your account is active or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.

You have the right to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. 9. Children
This Site is not directed at individuals under the legal drinking age applicable in their country of residence, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the Site.
