We process the following structural data arrays to fulfill our contractual commitments:

• Payment data: processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Trade/HORECA account data: business name, tax number, professional licence documentation submitted for wholesale account approval.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

• To process and deliver your order and manage your account — performance of a contract.

• Delivery/logistics partners, for order fulfilment.
